That is just wrong that a PH would use a processed hash brown like this. Both the hash brown and the eggs benedict pictured look quite depressing. That might not even be freshly made hollandaise sauce. Please tell me that picture is not from PH Tokyo, right?! The plate does not say Girandole on the rim, so I am guessing it is from another hotel.
