Yes, when arriving in J on a QF international flight you should receive an express arrivals card from the cabin crew. But in my experience, it does not make a great deal of difference. I arrived around 6am earlier this week, and no waiting at the Smart Gate for immigrations, wait for bag to arrive, then only a short queue at customs. Express card remained in my pocket as its use would have made no more than 1 min difference in exiting customs hall.
