Yes, the close in booking fee alone isn't waived if you hold the tickets then come back and by them. The change fee is definitely not waived.
Oh, thanks. Disappointed. I am premier silver right now. Even this lowest tier waive the change fee should it happen more than 21 days prior to the departure date. I don't expect to qualify the silver again so I am considering to buy an alternative. The waive of close-in booking fee is not bad. Even premier gold members still have to pay yet.
