Again I stay one night before I travel to Munich and from there to Olbia (Sardinia, Italy).

Leave June 17th and back as for right now Aug.26th.

Different people have different ideas of what constitutes a good deal. One way to decide would be to see how much that same itinerary would cost if you paid in cash. Once you know that you can work out how much you're getting per mile spent and that will be more indicative of the value you're getting for your miles.
FWIW I look to get at least 3c/mile out of my AAdvantage miles but, like I said, each person will have their own idea what they'd like that number to be.
