Global Entry in itself does not provide expedited security, but could qualify you for PreCheck. There was a report in the DL forum about someone with a dog possibly having gone through PreCheck, but can't find much else or anything very concrete. May just have to roll the dice on it, but be prepared to go to the regular line.
