I think most people here sign up for a photo sharing website like flickr or imgur and use that.

I just post them to twitter and then copy the image URL, but I think getting the image URL without a laptop would be difficult, so the photo sharing website is probably the easiest.

I think most give you the code to paste directly in the forum to embed your image.
