Drink nice LPGS and get F dining for a few hours. Stumble back to T5 somehow and take a LHR MAN back.

I think that would only be 13,500 Avios and £ 53 which you should be able to drink and eat through...

Not quite the politically correct method but does allow a hell of a lot of champers and several hours of doing so if you can get guested in.
I pass through T3 quite frequently and never seen LPGS in the flounge there (although I do believe it makes an appearance sometimes). I've been told the dining room area is only available to F passengers and offers CCR style service but the menu is identical to what you can order in the main section of the lounge.

I do think the T3 lounges are worth a visit. The BA lounges are quieter than those in T5, plus if you have time you can lounge hop with CX (and AA to see what they put up with on the other side of the Atlantic) lounges accessible.

If you do find yourself passing through T3 and would like guesting into the flounge, might be worth sending me a PM just in case I'm flying to Prague that day.
