Does the close-in booking fee waiver also extend to the waiver of fees listed under 'Changing the flight to a date/time less than 21 days away(3)' rules; specifically, the following:

- Adding, changing or deleting a connection, less than 21 days prior to departure(3)
Can anyone answer pnsnkr's question with real data point? That's exactly what I want to know. Yeh, I know on the term that club card looks like only to waive close-in BOOKING fee, but I wonder if a CHANGE fee ( e.g. Travel date) of award ticket may be waived practically? Something that isn't written down don't mean it won't happen...at least it's my wish. I don't need to hear should or should not, but was or was not.
