Nope. Firstly, the names would be different. Secondly, how would you "board" the instrument? What would you tell the GA, please scan the boarding pass of my instrument? Thirdly, is it really worth it to purchase a J ticket just for miles? Wouldn't it be cheaper to just buy those miles.

Anyway, no you cannot.
