The exceptions are transcontinental routes between LAX/SFO and MIA/JFK, though the JFK-LAX/SFO transcons are the only ones exclusively served by widebody aircraft (at least until the 321t arrives) and certain Central American/Northern South American routes relying heavily on cargo revenue.
