Given that I have a Hilton round the corner from my house at £47 Sterling a night, do you think it is worth it for me to make the 7 stays?
Things I value are; Upgrades, lounge access and a free breakfast.
I make my stays in Hilton/Doubletree in the UK and the EU mainly, with some stays in Egypt, Dubai and next year, I hope to do Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand. I rarely stay at WA or Conrad properties.
Give the above, what do you think? Is it worth the £350 ish?
I would do it, although you get brekkie as gold anyhow. Not just because of the status (bonus HHonors points, better upgrade chances, etc.), but you have the Virgin Atlantic and Iberia/BA weekend promos - so you'd get 9000 VS miles from 3 stays, and 1750 Avios per weekend night stay.
