I don't know where you're planning to fly to/from, but the vast, vast majority of domestic (including short-haul international flights, like to Mexico, Canada, Caribbean and northern South America) do not have lay-flat seats in first/business class and do not have personal video monitors. There are a very select few domestic routes that use a 767-300 or 777. The international 757s with flat beds show up on some domestic routes as well (like JFK-MIA), but they are often swapped out for a "regular" 757 at the last minute.

You really need to fly overseas to guarantee an internationally-equipped aircraft.
