As per the latest T&C ( http://www.accorhotels.com/gb/leclub...conditions.pdf ) and point 7.1 "RESERVATiON CHANNELS ELIGIBLE FOR POINTS" GDS bookings are eligible.

You should have no issues getting Le Club Accorhotels points credited for this booking.
