The rep on the phone said that although the same country exclusions are in place now, that they were ending these exclusions as of November 1, 2013. She had me call another number to get more details on this benefit, but they didn't have any further information as of now. I was wondering if anyone had more details on this, if this was just for the Explorer card, or if this was going to change for all VISA cards?
Has anyone called Chase about this news? I'd like to use my MP Explorer card next year in Ireland.
