No, that's not OP's case. OP is GR wishing to manually adjust his date so he has one full year to qualify for SL.

I wonder if you were deny due to
a) You already asked for an extension last year
or
b) Your future/upcoming bookings clearly shows you won't be able to re-qualify for SL
or
c) all of above?
