You could, but likely you would have little to no success. At best, you'd get the 4.5x level (high, that costs usually over 4 times the low), as one other poster shared earlier in this thread.

This is just one of countless ways how Dullta is saying or publicly announcing one thing, but in reality doing just the opposite. That is, outright and blatantly lying. It's a shame that the public and press let them get away with it, especially given how obvious and blatant it is, in so many ways.
