How long would it take to get one in BKK as I will be travelling overland?
It would be nice to get the latest correct info as it seems LP is wrong. Too bad since with their great travel book sales one would think they would publish current advice on their web site... I am looking for recent experiences - say this year, preferrably since June, 2013.

Oh and before I forget, I ain't NO DUDE, just a "bloke" taking a course in how to teach (non-colloquial) English...
