However I am restating it.

After a period of seeing many empty seats in BC I am seeing far more BC seats taken and fewer upgrades. It may be Southwest connecting passengers or the result of the recent Credit Card bonus upgrades, although I can't figure out why anyone would want to get and Airtran credit card now.
