No, it just means that it is whited out. You see it often 200, 300 days out (not just close in), where often 2/3s of a day in a month are completely whited out, while the flights are 90%+ empty still.
It is not oversold. Those are just the "whiteout" dates (as Dullta claims that it has no "blackout" dates, but it most certainly has a lot of dates when it blocks awards completely at any level, while still having 100s of seats available for revenue sale).
