I fly these planes quite often. My roller board fits fine sideways, but it's a crap shoot as to whether the FA will allow me to bring it on board. I usually have tight connections, and I hate waiting for me bag to be retrieved once we land, so I've resorted to fitting everything in my backpack to avoid the hassle.
