I'm sure they say something like "This is an international lounge in the international terminal. You need to have an international itinerary."

But I don't have UA/US status, and I've never tried to get in on a domestic itinerary (because I have access to the UC in T3).

So in short, I don't know

But the status-granting airline pays for your access, right? So if UA doesn't want UA members in their own lounge, why would they pay for you to go to someone else's?
