I am in the similar situation like you: got the shut down on 10/30/2013 and have about $600 reward. I want to file at a small claim court to get the reward back(never experience this before). Can we form a group of people like us and figure out together how to get our cash back from BOA? I searched online about Fidelity account shut down by BOA and did not get any recently case, so I thought I was alone. Thanks for everyone 's advice on this thread. This will be my first text book of learning how to solve a issue through the justice system.
