Or are you saying it's a good reason to use Avis? Their systems are so corrupt if you walk-up at a busy time your rental will be free at the expense of somebody else.

P.S. The pickup on my receipt is 11:15pm so let's now call that a busy time, okay? And the receipt clocked my car back in, not at the exact time the res said but miraculously with ten minutes to spare on the ever-so-busy Saturday morning businessman's rush...
