Not sure. I mentioned my trouble there and he told me of his employer's decision to refrain from using that hotel. I never thought of that as a terrible area, but the more I've talked to people, staying downtown is the only option I consider now.
That's just my view of the property, so take it with a grain of salt. I'm aware that my experience is not the experience that everyone will have, but staying there again and dealing with another popped vehicle lock reminds me of the old "Fool me once..." saying. The hotel itself is very nice, and I was usually upgraded (8-10 times) to a corner exec room every time I stayed there. Love the large & open bar area, too.
