Highly doubt it. I expect that they will simply be randomly -- excuse me, "managed inclusionishly" -- sticking clueless people in the line. I can't imagine how this is the same level of "security" as having Pre-Check for for those who have gone through the Global Entry background check process.
But, I suppose this is getting afield from experience with United and Pre-Check.
