BTW, when our last flight from LAX was arriving late, cabin crew called out names of a dozen or so pax with tight connections (international only, not domestic) and gave them fast-track escort from gate. They asked other pax to stay seated to allow them to disembark first - and the everyone did! It was all quite impressive really.
