Not if it involves change of terminal. But assuming the onward flight is with BA and your connection is T5>T5 it should be ok. Not guaranteed of course (late arrivals can throw you out) but in normal circumstances it's a reasonable connection. Last time we landed late at LHR and were left with 35 mins to connect. We made it, but of course our luggage didn't and was sent on by courier next morning.
