No, I didn't report it. After 12 hours in the air and a taxi waiting for me I was quite ready to get out of the airport. It didn't come to mind and I wouldn't have known where to find a BA rep at the BKK airport. It's been about 24 hours since I've flown would an email to customer services or a phone call to BAEC be an alternative? I do feel this should be BA making good on what happened rather than me going through my travel insurance
