At MIA recently, after being cleared at the kiosk, I actually had to line up at immigration with several other GE members. There was a special line labelled "Global Entry and Crew." The crew members were the problem, as it took much longer to clear them than to verify the receipts of GE members. Although it was still very much faster than the regular line, having to wait behind crew members was an unpleasant shock after having enjoyed line-free entry in the past. I hope this is not a sign of things to come.
