Nope ... this is the (new) GE line.
You get the printout from the kiosk, stand in line to verify the passport at the immigration station (even if the printout is all clear, ie: no X mark on it), only then proceed to the mid-checkpoint prior to picking up your baggage.
In other words, you are hampered by GE as you are now restricted to the far left lane. Otherwise, you could've gone to any of the dozen or so stations for residents.
