SEA this morning, 10:00 a.m. Checkpoint 2.... About 20 folks in the line, 18 of them utterly clueless.
PDX (ABC gates) at about 1:30pm. 30 folks in line, at least 25 of them utterly baffled and asking questions, and taking off this and that. TWO Pre-Check lines, one of them a NOS and one a WTMD.
I told the officer that it sure was nice while it lasted to have only "pros" in the Pre-Check line. He said that they've been told that TSA's goal is to have "80% of pax going through Pre-Check by this time next year."
Ugh.
