Get my all clear printout and see a number of folks in the (far left) line. Not knowing any better, I tried to walk past them only to be gently reminded by the officer that I need to wait in line ... turns out this is a new procedure as some people were "misusing the system" (in the officer's words).

Kinda defeats the purpose of GE if I have to wait in line to see an officer to verify my docs

Never seen this until today! Anybody have more info?
