I'll say it again, if reports of this continue - I'm out, and others should begin to look as well. I refuse to give my money to a company who actively and repeatedly engages in deceitful acts towards its customers. At least for now, there are other options.
Threatening to leave is no longer a real threat. There is just too little competition. As consumers we now need to use other avenues to push back agains customer unfriendly practices in the airline industry. This would include using media and legal avenues, but I would love this forum to be a place where we could get more creative. What are ways that we as pax can take a stand against practices that push the line too far?
