The 767-300s (763) on all routes have the lie-flats, while the 767-200s (762) on any route (almost exclusively on JFK-LAX, some JFK-SFO) will have recliners with more pitch in F and J. The former type will be seen on MIA transcons.

The 757 with lie-flat seats (75L) doesn't seem to fly transcon flights, probably because there are no int'l 75L routes out of LAX. This type used to fly the daily ORD-JFK and still can be found on some MIA-MCO/JFK flights (since they fly int'l routes from both MIA and JFK and MCO is a very quick turn).
