In my experience, mainline updates and flight status reports are fairly accurate. UAX reports can be WAYYYYYYYY off. Think about it, UAX planes run about 5-6 cycles a day. Any delay at any point can and usually does snowball the rest of that days schedule. Sure from time to time, they swap out planes.
