It will be the lesser of YYC-YYZ (10) plus YHZ-YYT (6) (10+6=16), and YYC-YYT (10).

So 10.

Unless it's booked in M, in which case, 4.

Whether or not you get YHZ-YYT is irrelevant to the number of eUps required.
