Along with FHR benefits you can get an automatic upgrade at time of booking at the Mandarin Oriental, which is more central on the strip than the Four Seasons. You basically pay for one category lower and $200 F/B credit with a 2 night stay on top of FHR's $100 spa credit, breakfast for two (credit), and late check out.
Hopefully this recent $125 statement credit for spend with AC and another partner means Amex is starting to develop a better relationship...
