I called the desk and the night manager was able to kill 1 and give me a new room. He also have me 30000 points and was VERY friendly, helpful and pleasant given the circumstances. The fact that you're even asking the question after the way they handled the situation boggles my mind. And then to ask if you should pull a passive-aggressive move like whining to corporate after the manager obviously took care of you adequately? Really???
