Question Pricing Differences (Dynamic Foreign Exchange Rates?) Based On Billing Country for UA
I have just tried booking 2 tickets SIN-SFO on united.com and found that
when I use Singapore as my billing country, the cost comes to about SGD 2788 (2231.65 USD). However, when I switch the billing country to US, I get a checpest price of USD 1872 (SGD 2338.69)

Does anyone have an explanation for this difference?
