I'm currently in a hilton hotel...on day 2 of a 13 day stay in a North Carolina city ( I can disclose via PM but am not sure if it is appropriate to name the
Hotel as I am in cockroach country ( the south ))...anyway...came back from dinner and found 3 relaxing on the floor at the foot of the bed. I called the desk and the night manager was able to kill 1 and give me a new room. He also have me 30000 points and was VERY friendly, helpful and pleasant given the circumstances. Does that seen fair or would you go to corporate to escalate ( while complimenting the manager )? Thanks
