If you were staying at the Park Inn, it is technically on the same street. It just changes names when the road crosses over the river at the Grunwaldski bridge. However, you are coming from the other way. The best way from the Old Town is to go towards the eastern end of the Planty at ul. Westerplatte near the Main Post Office building (and the Holiday Inn). The street you are looking for is ul. Starowiślna. That will take you to ul. Dietla. Where you would make a right turn onto (heading towards the river). However, you must also cross over ul. Dietla because the laundromat sits on the other side of the street. I've never used it because the Hilton Garden Inn has a guest laundry room (actually two, but they're eco friendly and take a long time for each wash and dry cycle).
I don't know my Krakow geography. If I'm understanding correctly, is this on the old town side of the river? Can you give me a ballpark guess about how long it might take to walk to this location from the Radisson Blu?
