AFAIK, train is much more expensive now. Public bus cots much less and goes frequently.
Laundromat is in the Hilton Garden Inn (for guest use), so again a reason to stay in the HGI and in the Park Inn (five minutes walking distance)
That's usually what I do. Bounce back and forth between the PI and the HGI, so I get the different "stay-count" qualifications.
