Wait a bit, this one's not over yet!!

Mine is a total mess, trying to claim the missing 500 base miles through the FB website has gone all wrong..not worth describing how (the miles for a totally different rental, not yet retroclaimed, would turn up, but the two claims in question would remain stubbornly unanswered).

So, I will have to start writing the retroclaim letters shortly! It seems to get progressively worse with each successive year, doesn't it? Do you think they're doing it deliberately, just to stuff us..?
