Does BA offer any way to either waitlist for award/upgrade availability or else track it (the way you can do with other airlines on Expert Flyer)? I'm currently ticketed for two on BA awards (paid with AA miles) in J and am hoping to swap for F. These are for ORD-LHR next May. Also, what is the last point at which BA will process awards/upgrades to awards and does this apply when going through AA's reservations? AA, for example, will process up until departure, whereas I've heard that BA has a cutoff and day-of the only upgrades one will ever find are those for cash.
