Corporate travel -- separate receipt for upgrade to Prem Econ?

I echo the advice to use a TA. I've done this in the past. They can issue an invoice for the economy-fare amount and then a second invoice for the upfare. But you avoid any change fees that might be associated with an upfare since you have not issued the economy ticket.
