If you were staying at the Park Inn, it is technically on the same street. It just changes names when the road crosses over the river at the Grunwaldski bridge. However, you are coming from the other way. The best way from the Old Town is to go towards the eastern end of the Planty at ul. Westerplatte near the Main Post Office building (and the Holiday Inn). The street you are looking for is ul. Starowiślna. That will take you to ul. Dietla. Where you would make a right turn onto (heading towards the river). However, you must also cross over ul. Dietla because the laundromat sits on the other side of the street. I've never used it because the Hilton Garden Inn has a guest laundry room (actually two, but they're eco friendly and take a long time for each wash and dry cycle).

As for the airport. Their is a direct train that goes from the main train station to the airport. It used to cost 10 PLN. I believe it goes to a station stop next to the airport, where you pick up a shuttle bus to the terminal buildings. I use the public bus route. But if you're not used to the route path and its stops, I suggest the train.

AFAIK, train is much more expensive now. Public bus cots much less and goes frequently.

Laundromat is in the Hilton Garden Inn (for guest use), so again a reason to stay in the HGI and in the Park Inn (five minutes walking distance)
