A quick googling shows that term to be used more, by about 2-to-one, than either "lie down..." or "lie flat seating." "Lay flat seating" is used more than twice as much than "lay down..." (123K instances to 51K; the other two terms are at 25K and 13K, -ish).

I intent to include both flat and extra recline. The grammatical and linguistic debate we could have here is another thing entirely.

Any other suggestions ?
