When BA1 departed around 1pm it was always empty at SNN and seemed a bit quicker. Now it's earlier, there seems to be other flights doing pre-clearance and I assume ground crew are also busy doing other flights, so maybe it's just taking a bit longer on the ground now?

I do like the way the Aer Lingus passengers are held back so the BA pax can breeze on through. Some of them didn't seem too happy about it.
