In October, I got the 3 Beeps in CLT on an AZ itinerary CLT-JFK-Italy and again in JFK on the way home. This was on an AZ ticket (055 stock).
Even before it was officially changed, some of us were getting PreCheck on international itineraries, although AFAIK all of the reports were from USA citizens. It happened to me several times, starting in March.
