Surprised with speed comments. I have been using GoGo for ~2 years on Delta ATL - SNA and other domestic flights and had very few problems. I'm not trying to stream or game, just email and web surfing when done with work tasks. Always served my purpose unless the equipment was down. Guess it's all about expectations...not going to get 30mbps at 30,000 ft. A recent job change now has me bouncing back / forth to Europe and India. Looking forward to the service being offered on transatlantic flights with United and American. Not sure who the provider is...gogo or other?
